Derek Robinson MAIPM MAIFST Derek is an experienced Project Manager and member of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) who has worked across the energy efficiency, construction and IT sectors. Agritechnology benefits from his experience in application development and IT integration projects, solar energy (in both thermal and electrical applications) projects and energy efficiency assessment for both commercial and domestic applications. He has worked in Australia and the UK, with exposure to both corporate and regional enterprise. Derek brings process, energy and drive to his work and joined the Agritechnology team in May 2011. Whilst his primary focus is on Business Development and Project Management, Derek also leads the Agritechnology consulting division R&D Access and has a lengthy career in the food and beverage industries - this is recognised by the industry in his professional membership status of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST).Derek is a key industry contributor and sits on the AusBiotech national advisory committee for food science within the broader biotechnology sector, AusFoodtech. He also serves on the NSW Product Development and Innovation Group for the AIFST.
