Kadir Tepebaşı received his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from İstanbul University in 1989 and his postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the same university in 1991. He began his career in the pharma industry and worked at Mustafa Nevzat Ilac and CIBA-Zyma respectively as the product manager. Tepebasi joined Lilly Turkey in 1996 as a product manager and until 2006 worked at different positions including as the Marketing and Sales Director. Until 2008 he has worked as the Marketing Director responsible for Lilly’s CEE, AMEA and CIS Regions. Between 2008-2009 he was the Managing Director for Lilly Poland. Kadir Tepebaşı is Lilly Turkey’s Managing Director since January 2010. Mr. Tepebaşı is married and has two children.
